The app
Designed for the gym floor: big targets, fewer taps, and your last session right there when you need it.
Last time’s weights are filled in for you. Tap to finish a set, and the rest timer starts on its own. A plate calculator and warm-up sets are a tap away.
Type what you want and Valleur AI builds the week: the split, the exercises, sets, reps and rest, chosen from Valleur’s own library.
Personal records, estimated one-rep maxes, weekly volume and your Strength Score, all worked out automatically.
Pick from more than 20 ready-made plans, from full body to powerlifting, or build your own. Split a plan into phases, like hypertrophy then strength, and Valleur tracks the week you’re in.
Heavier weights, 3–6 reps, longer rest. You’re in week 3.
The countdown lives in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen, so you can check messages without losing your place.
Share workouts with friends, react to PRs, join your gym and form a crew. Compare your training side by side.
